Once upon a time someone, I think it might have been Zelda, thought it would be a good idea to have an activity for the Diversity Networks. So she got a bunch of disposable cameras and handed them out to members and anyone else who wanted one.

"Take some photos!" she said.

"What kind?" we said.

"Whatever you like." she said.

So we did.

When we had finished our films, they were printed, and we all got together over a nice lunch to think about them. In the end, we chose the ones we thought we wanted to exhibit and we put them in categories.

Then Zelda, Eleanor and Ronda put them into albums. They also picked some of them to be beautifully framed. The whole shebang was then taken to the John Hansard Gallery, where the pictures were put on the walls, and the albums on a table.

There was a grand opening by the Vice Chancellor, and we had another nice lunch and some good chats.

The exhibition and everything seemed so nice, it was a pity to just let it whither away. So the framed photos will probably be exhibited around the University, and a web site was indicated.

This is it.

The photos are here.

You can see what the room looked like. Low quality photos of high quality photos.

You can see the original introduction.

And these are the people.
