A recorded electrocardiogram (ECG) during the clinical tachycardia has been conventionally used as reference. Yet, endocardial activation pattern during tachycardia may be utilized as well to guide the procedure. In focal tachycardia ablation, PM guide has consistently provided remarkable outcomes1, while outcomes in reentrant tachycardia ablation are less favourable %N 1 %K pacemapping; cardiac arrhythmia %P 35-42 %E Balbir Singh %E Yash Lokhandwala %E Johnson Francis %E Anup Gupta %V 5 %D 2005 %I Indian Pacing and Electrophysiology Group %L cogprints4172
