Toutefois le développement de ce mouvement dans le monde universitaire francophone reste trop lent. Le groupe a mis en commun ses expériences, a analysé les principaux obstacles et fait quelques propositions.

Nevertheless, the growth of the open access movement in the French-speaking university community is still too slow. The present focus group shared its experiences, analyzed the main obstacles, and made several proposals.]
