  La mise en place d'une archive ouverte ne pose pas de gros problèmes techniques ou financiers. Toutefois le développement de ce mouvement dans le monde universitaire francophone reste trop lent. Le groupe a mis en commun ses expériences, a analysé les principaux obstacles et fait quelques propositions.
