--- abstract: "The research is sequel to former attempts to\r\nstudy how the mental organizers of the persons\r\nproduce possible causalities in behavior. An\r\nobservation category system was the device to\r\nfind out causal processual relation. The number\r\nof the situation leaders was 35 out of whom 25\r\nwere men and 10 women. Reliability,\r\nsubjectivity, and validity of observation were\r\nassessed in a novel way. The analysis with\r\nprobabilities included a Bayesian application\r\nand an application of Gram-Schmidt process. The\r\nresults indicated different types of causal\r\nprocesses exist between the mental organizer,\r\nthe overt behavior, and the right outcome.\r\nThe leaders utilize their mental organizers and\r\nfind the right outcome in the most probable way.\r\nOne of the flaws, however, was the lack of the\r\nclear causalities between the organizer and the\r\novert behavior. A problem that has a wider\r\nmeaning, too." altloc: [] chapter: ~ commentary: ~ commref: ~ confdates: ~ conference: ~ confloc: ~ contact_email: ~ creators_id: - postmaster@rjl.pp.fi creators_name: - family: Laasonen given: Raimo J honourific: Ed.D. lineage: '' date: 1997-06 date_type: completed datestamp: 2008-05-11 02:59:21 department: ~ dir: disk0/00/00/60/31 edit_lock_since: ~ edit_lock_until: ~ edit_lock_user: ~ editors_id: [] editors_name: [] eprint_status: archive eprintid: 6031 fileinfo: /style/images/fileicons/application_pdf.png;/6031/1/Situational_leadership.pdf full_text_status: restricted importid: ~ institution: ~ isbn: ~ ispublished: unpub issn: ~ item_issues_comment: [] item_issues_count: 0 item_issues_description: [] item_issues_id: [] item_issues_reported_by: [] item_issues_resolved_by: [] item_issues_status: [] item_issues_timestamp: [] item_issues_type: [] keywords: 'Bayes application, Gram-Schmidt process, mental organizer, overt behavior' lastmod: 2011-03-11 08:57:06 latitude: ~ longitude: ~ metadata_visibility: show note: ~ number: ~ pagerange: ~ pubdom: TRUE publication: ~ publisher: ~ refereed: FALSE referencetext: "Berger, P.
