abstract: An exceptional case of Leiomyomatosis peritonealis disseminata which occurred in a perimenopausal woman was mistaken for ovarian malignancy at laparotomy as it had extensive involvement of the pelvic peritoneum without a trace of leiomyoma in uterus and cervix.
