--- abstract: 'Xanthogranulomatous inflammation is an uncommon form of chronic inflammation that is destructive to affected organs; it is characterized by the presence of lipid-filled macrophages with admixed lymphocytes, plasma cells, and neutrophils. Only a few cases of xanthogranulomatous oophoritis have been reported to date. We describe a rare case of xanthogranulomatous oophoritis with involvement of omentum.' altloc: - http://www.ojhas.org/issue42/2012-2-11.htm chapter: ~ commentary: ~ commref: ~ confdates: ~ conference: ~ confloc: ~ contact_email: ~ creators_id: - mahesh.kalloli@gmail.com - ~ - ~ - ~ - ~ - ~ creators_name: - family: Kalloli M given: M honourific: '' lineage: '' - family: Bafna given: UD honourific: '' lineage: '' - family: Mukherjee given: G honourific: '' lineage: '' - family: Devi given: UK honourific: '' lineage: '' - family: Gouda given: G honourific: '' lineage: '' - family: Rathod given: PS honourific: '' lineage: '' date: 2012-07-25 date_type: published datestamp: 2013-05-04 23:06:19 department: ~ dir: disk0/00/00/88/99 edit_lock_since: ~ edit_lock_until: 0 edit_lock_user: ~ editors_id: - Kakkilaya BS editors_name: - family: Kakkilaya given: Srinivas honourific: Dr lineage: '' eprint_status: archive eprintid: 8899 fileinfo: /style/images/fileicons/application_pdf.png;/8899/1/2012-2-11.pdf full_text_status: public importid: ~ institution: ~ isbn: ~ ispublished: pub issn: ~ item_issues_comment: [] item_issues_count: ~ item_issues_description: [] item_issues_id: [] item_issues_reported_by: [] item_issues_resolved_by: [] item_issues_status: [] item_issues_timestamp: [] item_issues_type: [] keywords: Xanthogranulomatous Oophoritis; Ovarian Cancer; Omentum lastmod: 2013-05-04 23:06:19 latitude: ~ longitude: ~ metadata_visibility: show note: ~ number: 2(11) pagerange: ~ pubdom: TRUE publication: Online Journal of Health and Allied Sciences publisher: Kakkilaya BS refereed: TRUE referencetext: "1.\tFranco V, Florena AM, Guarneri G, Gargano G.
