Tomorrow is the excursions day at #caasoton so the main conference has finished. It has been an extraordinary few days. Overwhelmingly the response to the conference has been very positive, and delegates seemed happy with the many different things we tried. From the videos to the website to the social media to the rather tasty selection of pastries :-)

We have all met some fantastic people over the last four days and we wish all of them a safe journey home. We will keep on with the tweeting and web updates as we go through the various projects – digitising the map, recording the timeline, completing the videos and organising the circulated URLs. And of course, some time soon you will hear from us about publication :-)

Thanks from everyone in the ACRG and at sotonDH for coming, or following, or otherwise getting involved.

Amazing use of social media, accessability, connectivity. Set the bar VERY high for all future conferences #caasoton — J. Andrew Dufton (@jadufton) March 29, 2012
