Once you have arrived in Southampton, the following information will be
useful.
The Conference is in the Bolderwood Conference Centre (on the junction
of Burgess Road and The Avenue). There is reserved car parking at the centre,
and those traveling by car should watch out for the orange AA signs which
will guide you to the centre within Southampton.
Registration at the conference centre will be open at the following times.

The Hall of Residence is Glen Eyre Hall. (On the right of Glen Eyre
Road as you go north from Burgess Road.) There is car parking at GlenEyre,
and if arriving by car, watch out for the orange AA signs which will signpost
the route to the hall.
The reception is open 24 hours a day, and they will be expecting all the
people who have booked. (You should have a confirmation email which shows
this.)

Although the distances between Glen Eyre hall, the Boldrewood Conference
Centre and the University are only about 10 minutes walk, we will be providing
shuttle buses at the following times.
