The Network believes that, in order for every individual to reach their full potential, there must be no fear of discrimination or disrespect.<\/p>\n<h1>Objectives of the Network<\/h1>\n<p>See <a href=\"http:\/\/generic.wordpress.soton.ac.uk\/lgbtpulse\/pulse-terms-of-reference\/\">Pulse Terms of Reference <\/a>for Aims and Objectives of the Network.<\/p>\n<h1>Membership<\/h1>\n<p>The role of the committee is to manage the Network, encourage members to get involved and liaise with the University of Southampton and other groups.<\/p>\n<p>All University staff, postgraduate students and Southampton University Students\u2019 Union employees are welcome to join the Network. We often work in collaboration with SUSU to host\/share events.<\/p>\n<p>Current Chair: currently vacant &#8211; could this be you?<\/p>\n<p>Vice Chair: currently vacant &#8211; could this be you?<\/p>\n<p>Secretary: currently vacant &#8211; could this be you?<\/p>\n<p>Events\/Social: currently vacant &#8211; could this be you?<\/p>\n<h1>Communication<\/h1>\n<p>The Network meets once per quarter for either a business, social meeting or for lunch. Everyone is welcome to attend. The Network website provides information on the Network background, activities, contact details and an extensive resources page.
