It measures 9,5 x 2,4 m. (as discovered). Built by four oak planks held together by oak wedges and yew stiches, Seems and stitch holes are packed with moss and beewax. No remains of rowlocks, no evidence of sail. Tops of sides and one end of the boat are missing. The Dover Boat might have transported tradegoods across the channel.
