There is so much to learn as well folks, by ‘living the past’. During the course I will be on board the square-rigger Lord Nelson ( http://jst.org.uk/our-tall-ships/lord-nelson/ ) – sailing around the Canaries, with a ‘heave-ho’ me hearties. Good news is no ships biscuits with weevils, bad news is no cannons!! Damn ;-)

Unfortunately, it is now too late to join for the May version of the course, but you can register your interest for the next run here: https://www.futurelearn.com/courses/shipwrecks If you use twitter then you might want to follow us (@UoSShipwrecks) as we continue to share relevant information outside of the course runs.

The course will go live at midnight tonight (BST), so I think that’ll be 1am for you – however, you are welcome to start the course whenever the most convenient time for you is :-)
