This project is exploring models of business processes, and how they can be mapped to models of installed IT systems (typically legacy systems), which constitute the process sypport system. The aim is to be able to use this mapping to better understand the consequences of process change, and hence facilitate changes in the business process support system by increasing the productivity of the IT developer.
