In order to effectively retrieve the most relevant top-k resources, we propose a novel ranking model. To do this, we devise a measure to determine the weight of the semantic relationship. In addition, we consider the number of meaningful semantic relationships between a resource and keywords, the coverage of keywords, and the distin- guishability of keywords. Through experiments using real datasets, we observe that our ranking model provides more accurate seman- tic search results compared to existing ranking models. date: 2009-04 pagerange: 1057-1057 event_title: 18th International World Wide Web Conference event_location: Madrid, Spain event_dates: April 20th-24th, 2009 event_type: conference refereed: TRUE citation: Lee, Jihyun and Min, Jun-Ki and Chung, Chin-Wan (2009) An Effective Semantic Search Technique using Ontology.
