Media Engine Web Service

I've figured out the webserivce stuff now (or what i need to understand anyway). I'm gradually using this webservice to expose features the media engine should have. So far the webservice has the ability to:
- Output all algorithms available for comparison - Upload temporary images
More stuff will be added as it is built (See Media Importer), but now i understand how to do it addition to the webservice interface should be trivial
