TEST ID: TC03
Test Description:
The user uses the self-registration module in order to create an account, inserted data are not valid
Pre-Conditions:
* A valid account has been created
Steps:
  1. The user access the eCHASE Portal
  2. The user clicks on the user registration command
  3. He inputs not valid data, try to use an already existent username (e.g. the username created in use case TC01), and click the registration command
Expected Results:

2. The system shows the registration page, the following fields are present:

2.1 Username
2.2 Password
2.3 Confirm Password

3. The system shows an informational message that explains the cause of the error (eg. "Password must be at least 6 characters in length"). The user remains in the self-registration form page.
