Test Description:
User tries to login in eCHASE using wrong credentials
Pre-Conditions:
Steps:
  1. The user access the eCHASE Portal
  2. He inputs username and password typing a wrong username
Expected Results:

2. The access to eCHASE is denied and an error message is shown
