Test Description: User tries to login in eCHASE using wrong credentials

Pre-Conditions: A user with a known username has already been created in the system

Steps: The user access the eCHASE Portal He inputs username and password, typing a wrong password

Expected Results: 2. The access to eCHASE is denied and an error message is shown
