The heading "Open Access" in the frame on the left refers to
information that is openly accessible via this site (e.g.,
under "Information", information for authors, and under
"Impact Factor", the impact factor for the journal for 2002
& 2001). The heading "Open Access" is in contrast to one
above it, which is "Registered Users" (e.g., under
"Archive", there's access to an archive of past issues, and
only short abstracts are openly accessible).
