In addition to the properties defined here, you should use:

dcterms:date: Annotate a ukfhr:Rating with the date on which the rating was issued.
dcterms:creator: A link from a ukfhr:Rating to the issuing authority.

We also define the following datatypes for use with SKOS notations:

ukfhr:establishmentID: Corresponds to the FHRSID element in the FSA XML files.
ukfhr:authorityID: Corresponds to the LocalAuthorityCode element in the FSA XML files.
