The POEM format for OPM Serialisation

POEM is an OPM serialisation format for conveniently writing OPM graphs by hand, such as to build test cases or create illustrations. It does not aim to cover the full OPM specification, but a commonly useful subset. Tools are soon to be made available, including a POEM parser, conversion to GraphViz?, and conversion to XML (using the OPM Toolkit).
