Location: 2:15pm, Building 59, Seminar Room 1 Speakers: The ISIS staff ISIS is a large group of more than 60 staff and research students, with work ranging from rigorous theory to practical applications. Our areas of research include machine learning; data fusion; computer vision, biometrics and pattern recognition; speech science and technology; classical systems/ control theory and applications; and genetic algorithms. This seminar is a broad introduction to the group's research. Not-so-new research students and staff are also strongly encouraged to attend. Nibbles/refreshments will be available in the ISIS meeting room (upstairs) after the seminar . |
