Marie is the administrator for Routes into Languages.   She deals with all email enquiries to Routes@soton.ac.uk  and supports the programme at national level.

Biography

Marie obtained a Licence d’Anglais from the Université de Nancy (France) and went on to study transport and international commerce in Lille (France). She is also a Qualified Commercial Translator (French / English). After working a number of years in transport and for international companies, she joined the University of Southampton in 2003 as an Administrator. Her current role is to support the Languages South East programme: including taking bookings for workshops and conferences, and managing the Languages South East website. She helps support some of the work of LLAS. She is also the contact for the Language Café project and keeps the website updated.
