ECML Call for proposals 2004-2007

News summary

The European Centre for Modern Languages of the Council of Europe (ECML) in Austria deadline for submission is 30 June 2003. The second medium-term programme of the ECML will be running from 2004 to 2007 and is placed under the title: “Languages for social cohesion: language education in a multilingual and multicultural Europe”.

The ECML seeks proposals from language experts, trainers, teachers and researchers who wish to engage in projects or sets of activities within the framework of its next medium-term programme. Experts planning to submit proposals for activities are asked to take some time to familiarise themselves with the content of the documentation and the procedure for submitting proposals outlined in the Call for Proposals.

Experts are also encouraged to use the forum to exchange information and ideas, to look for project partners and team members.

The Call for Proposals contains information on the

They are principally focussed on those wishing to submit proposals for the 2nd medium-term programme.
