4. INTERCULTURAL LEARNING: IALIC FORUM

16 December 2003, University of Lancaster
This forum will take place as part of the IALIC Conference (International Association for Languages and Intercultural Learning) at the University of Lancaster. It is intended to provide a forum for open debate relating to the practice of intercultural learning and teaching and will be chaired by Professor Mike Byram (University of Durham). The forum is open to anyone (you do not have to be registered for the whole conference) but if you are not a delegate at the conference you will need to register with the Subject Centre by sending an email to llas@soton.ac.uk. 5. INDEPENDENT LANGUAGE LEARNING: NEW DIRECTIONS RESEARCH CONFERENCE

4 -5 December 2003, Department of Languages, Faculty of Education and Language Studies, The Open University, Milton Keynes.

6. TPUK Languages for Export Awards

The aim of the Awards is to celebrate global multicultural and multilingual diversity. Applications are now invited from companies, language training organisations and language service providers. Schools, colleges and institutions of Adult, Further or Higher Education can choose to enter from the category for Schools and Colleges (5-19 years).
