Call for papers: Language Learning Journal
News summary
This special issue of the Language Learning Journal will focus on Languages in Higher Education.
The issue will be guest edited by the Higher Education Academy Subject Centre for Languages, Linguistics and Area Studies (LLAS) at the University of Southampton. Enquiries should be sent to llas@soton.ac.uk. All submissions should be received no later than 28th February 2011.
We would welcome papers on any aspect of language learning and teaching in higher education, including the following examples:
- University partnerships with schools and colleges to promote and support language learning
- Language learning and teaching in university classrooms and in informal settings
- New technologies in language teaching Independent language learning
- Action research in language learning and teaching
Contributors are advised to read the Language Learning Journal’s submission guidelines for information concerning length, organisation and layout of articles.
