Discover Japanese Studies

Peter Matanle Lecturer in Japanese at the University of Sheffield and a member of the LLAS Area Studies Specialist Advisory Group has produced a new website “Discover Japanese Studies” on behalf of the British Association for Japanese Studies (BAJS).
The website is modelled on Discover American Studies and aims to promote the study of Japanese language and culture to young people in schools and colleges. Funded by five Japanese organisations working in the UK, the website can be found at http://www.discoverjapanesestudies.org.
