WELCOME

The School of Management is pleased to announce details of the 2011 PhD Conference.

This annual event provides an excellent platform for doctoral students to share and present their research work as well as receive expert comment and advice from other faculty members in a friendly environment. It also encourages cross-disciplinary dialogue and the chance to network with other colleagues and faculty members.

The theme for this year's conference is "impact: making a difference", the possible or even planned, social, cultural or economic impact that your research will have. We are keen to open up the discussion of this current topic and are looking to attract presenters and posters that will include it.

Interested PhD students should forward their presentation proposal by 11th April 2011.
