Title:
Composite scalar WIMPs
Abstract:

I will present a class of models in which the Higgs and an additional
scalar particle are pseudo-Goldstone bosons. I will show that, for
appropriate symmetry-breaking patterns, the extra scalar is predicted
to be stable and hence a good dark matter candidate. All couplings
and masses -and therefore all low-energy observables- are also
predicted, provided the model is to explain the whole relic abundance
in the universe. I will discuss also prospects for testing these models
at current and future facilities.
