Higgs couplings can deviate from the predictions in the Standard Model (SM) via new physics effect. How the Higgs couplings deviate depends on the structure of the Higgs sector. There is a possibility to determine the structure by comparing theoretical predictions of the pattern in several models with future precision coupling measurements. We calculate radiative corrections to a full set of the Higgs couplings at the one-loop level in several extended Higgs sectors. We evaluate deviations from the predictions from the SM including radiative corrections, and investigate the possibility to discriminate each model by a pattern of deviations at one-loop level. Furthermore, numerically demonstrate how the inner parameters of the model can be extracted by the future precision measurements of those couplings at the high luminosity LHC and the ILC.
