Non-supersymmetric grand unified theories (GUTs) can provide an appealing framework in which neutrino masses, gauge coupling unification, stabilization of the electroweak vacuum, dark matter, and baryogenesis are nicely explained. I will argue that Non-supersymmetric GUTs may provide equivalent benefits to supersymmetric models. After a general introduction, I'll present a complete model based on SU(5) which addresses all of the above issues, plus inflation, in a minimal way. Next, I'll generalize the discussion to SO(10). After reviewing the phenomenological status of SO(10) GUTs, I'll discuss specific models and emphasize the unique advantages that SO(10) offers, particularly in relation to WIMP dark matter. I'll finish by discussing the challenges these models pose.
