This workshop is the second in a series investigating the potential of semantic web technologies in higher education. There has been much interest in this topic within the Technology Enhanced Learning, the Higher Education Support and the Web Science communities. Recently, there is particular interest in how linked data technologies could address HE challenges. Following the success of the 1st SemHE workshop last year, SemHE will continue to involve a wider international audience, report on developments and discuss future research directions. SemHE is inviting the submission of both full papers and short papers in this area. The submission and presentation of position papers is also invited.
SemHE is supported by the communities of the SemTech and ENSEMBLE projects that organised the 1st SemHE workshop in 2009.
