This document is the result of an extensive work conducted by HP and all eCHASE partners in order to design the foundation of the architecture of eCHASE framework.

Scope and goal of the document

This document covers the main aspects of the architecture and is intended to describe:

• The result of the work conducted by the eChase partner involved in the definition of the Technical specification and architecture (WP5). Each partner has provided his contribution in the respective area of competence.
• The major aspects of the eChase architecture; it describes the main architectural components and provides a high level design of the modules of the system and their interactions.
