You could write quite a brutal song with sound effects to capture the ominousness of the occasion or a more reflective one where Fidel questions the rightness of what is happening. His justification was that the population were so angry at the brutality of the previous regime they needed to see immediate justice for the torturers, murderers and rapists of the Batista regime and being too lenient would lead to mob rule and outcry.
