	Making the most of e-journals Three years ago, when the Open Journal project began, there were few e-journals, but there has been a dramatic change since.   Oct. 1995 115 e-journals Hitchcock et al., ARL Nov. 1997 c. 1300 'UK' e-journals Hitchcock et al., Serials 10(3)   Some predict we will reach 5000+ e-journals, worldwide, during 1998.
