Equipment Provided and Equipment Rental

The following equipment will be supplied by the conference organizers:

Workshops

By default there will be an OHP and flipchart available to each workshop, and there will also be a small number of LCD panels around for computer projection. If you need one of these, please inform Gary Hill

Courses

Each course will have an OHP, LCD panel for computer display and flipchart. If you need anything different (e.g. no LCD panel needed, or slide projection required) please let Gary Hill know.

Main Conference Sessions

For the main conference, each session will have available the following:

• OHP
• computer projection
• video projection
• slide projection

Posters

The poster boards which will be provided are 3feet (90 cm) high by 4feet (120cm) across. Each Board will have the title of the poster printed on the top before the conference.
