This event is aimed at anyone involved in the teaching of literature to undergraduate students. It will outline the benefits of teaching literature using film and examples of past student films will be provided. Participants will be introduced to the processes involved in helping students to make films and will have the opportunity to engage in creative thinking themselves and experiment with putting their own ideas into practice in the practical session when they will attempt to make a short film themselves.
(No prior experience of film-making is required).
Fees
- SPECIAL OFFER : There is a registration fee of £95 for staff and £35 for postgraduate students to attend this event.
- Please note that we reserve the right to retain the fee of £95 / £35 if you do not notify us by Wednesday 2 May 2012 that you are unable to attend.
