Submission Preparation Checklist
Title: Times New Roman or Arial, bold, font size 11
Authors’ names: Times New Roman or Arial, regular, Not Bold, font size 11 given in the following format: [firstname] [initials] [surname]. Multiple author names should be separated by commas, except for the last one, which should be separated by “and”. The person who is presenting the work at the congress should have an asterisk (*) after their surname, before any commas. For example:
Frank D. Smith*, Simon A. Davies, Martha C. Avila and Susan B. Bold
Abstract: Only one A4 size paper, single space throughout, all text should be in the Times New Roman or Arial font, size 11 and justified.
Margins: top and bottom: 2.54 cm; left and right 3.17 cm
Please insert graphics into the main body of the text. (The use of figures, graphs and schemes is recommended where this aids the understanding of the text).
References, denoted by consecutive number in square brackets in the text, should be listed at the end of the text as follows: Author(s), following the same format as above, title of the paper, Journal (full name in italics), YEAR, VOLUME, and PAGES.
All illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Conference.
