GNU EPrints: Open Archive Software

The GNU Eprints is a free, open source, and OAI-compliant Institutional Repository software. It can be used to set up all purposes digital archives on the Web. Eprints has been used for setting up the R4L Jet repository .

eBank UK

eBank UK aims at creating Eprints-based data archives on crystallography as well as a federated search system harvesting OAI-PMH metadata and providing additional services.

eCrystals

eCrystals is a GNU EPrints-based digital archive for Crystal Structures generated by the Southampton Chemical Crystallography Group and the EPSRC UK National Crystallography Service. It is an outpout of the eBank UK project.

SPECTRa

The SPECTRa project aims to create a set of customisable software tools for chemists to support the archiving of experimental data in Open Access ditital repositories.

CombeChem

The goal of the CombeChem project is to develop an e-Science test-bed that integrates existing structure and property data sources, and augments them within a grid-based information and knowledge environment.

DART

The project aims to support collaborative research by enabling researchers and reviewers to access original and analysed data, and collaborate around the creation of research outputs, stored publications, plus add content, annotations and notes.

ARCHER

The ARCHER aims to facilitate the adoption of 'proof-of-concept' tools developed under the DART project and assist researchers to collect and store data, share it securely with collaborators, plus access many of the DART developed tools, such as annotations, electronic publication, replication and backup, communication tools, search tools, etc.
